Tools Display Type Quad Mode Source Proprietis Status Scheduler Right Click Menu

In the tools bar (in the bottom of image) you can see:

Current time
Free space on the HDD
Camera’s selection(1-16)
The last operation

The solution is able to display up to 16 cameras all at once or sequential.

You can select one window to see the detailes show_img.GIF (124 bytes) (point tool) or you can select more windows to show in prefered order view_imgs.GIF (126 bytes) , aftrer that select desire windows. To change the position of 2 cameras between them select one window with mouse and with left button push move the image in desire position.

To freeze one image on the screen use exch_winds.GIF (98 bytes) (freeze tool). Select this button, and press the left button of mouse on the image. To zoom a zone of image select larg_wind.GIF (92 bytes) (zoom tool), hold down the left button of mouse and move the mouse over the image. To zoom in use + or to zoom out use -.

Quad Mode

It also supports the concept of virtual cameras that can be the yesterday archive or remote transmitters or even multimedia movies. The solution is scalable so that multiple stations can be cascaded and observed using a normal LAN or even a modem.

You can set the alternation mode of cameras and with the + button you can set the viewing time and the start of alternation.

With play, forward si rewind buttons you can start, stop or manual change the alternation of windows.

Source Properties

If the input source is:

camera.GIF (1397 bytes)

capture, you can set the brightness, contrast, saturation and the hue of image.
you can adjust all sources simultaneous by selecting Sync All
it can be edit the area with motion detection by selecting A button (with CTRL button you can disable selected zone). Also you can set moving parameters (the noise filter level and the threshold) with M button.

movie, it display a menu with controls for play, pause and sop.

broadcast, you can choose another remote camera to watch . Also, it display the number of receiving packs.

Status

Here you have information about the dimension of the file (if recording), the bandwidth (B) or the number of clients and the bandwidth they use (I).

Also, to start the recording for all cameras use inregistrare.gif (868 bytes) , and to save a picture from each camera use poze.gif (906 bytes) button.

Scheduler

For recording you can set recording parameters based on a scheduler.

With lock.GIF (81 bytes) button you can hide the image from unwanted persons.

The help button is help.GIF (71 bytes) .

Right Click Menu

On right click you have the next menu:

Show Single - show window where you clik with mouse single on screen;
Enlarge - show window as the largest window in the viewing mode;
Reset View - show all cameras in initial display mode;
Lock/Unlock - same function with , but for current window (hide the image from unwanted persons);
Save JPEG - save the the image in JPEG format(in the folder you specify in Setup/General);
Fullscreen - activeaza vizualizarea pe tot ecranul a ferestrelor afisate;
Proprieties - open the edit source window;
Archive - open ZSK Archive window;

Actions - you can set to start, stop recording or broadcasting or even save the image in BMP format.

Motion Detection - you can enable motion detection, you can edit motion detection area (with CTRL button pushed you can erase the area ), you can invert or reset the area or you can edit the motion parameters (the noise filter level and the threshold - as a percent of the total motion detection area to react to upon change).

Display - you can set to show or hide the source number, data or time or time and FPS (frames per second of the current input).

menu export.GIF (2337 bytes)

Export - save .mvn files to easily see the camera using broadcast or internet module. To save movies from all cameras simultaneos select Export All You just open this file in standard Windows Media Player (after at least ZSK Viewer was installed) and you'll be able to see the picture.You can save setings for hue, brightness, contrast, saturation for current image.

If the ZSK is in fullscreen mode, it apear the following right click menu:

Always on Top - activate/deactivate the options that ZSK window stay over all programs windows;
Lock/Unlock - the same function as , but just for the image where you click the mouse button (you can hide the image from unwanted persons);
Normal layout - deactivate ZSK fullsceen mode;
Start recording - start recording in curerent window;
Save JPEG - save a picture of current window in JPEG format (in specified directory in Setup/General);
Arhive - open ZSK Archive window;
Minimize - minimize the program in toolbar;
Exit - close the program;

Mode - it has 2 section: one where you set the number of windows to display (1, 2, 3, etc); second section has the following utilities:

Point Tool - maximize/minimize the window where you click the mouse, to see the detalies;
Freeze Tool - freeze the image where you click with mouse on the screen
Zoom Tool - zoom on a zone of image, to zoom in use + or to zoom out use - ;

Quad - contain comands descrieb in Quad Mode paragraph:

Add - set the alternation time of cameras;
Play/Stop - start/stop the cameras alternation
Next/Prev - change displayed window with the next or previous in alternation sequence.
